Happy New Year! And what a year it's going to be!!! Naperville Trolley looks forward to Trolleying with you all in 2021 and beyond!!!
Congratulations on your engagement! Naperville Trolley has the most beautiful Trolleys in the suburbs! Don't delay in booking your Naperville Trolley before we are sold out. With most 2020 Weddings being moved to 2021, the next year is going to be super fun and super busy! We have Weddings on Friday's, Saturday's, and Sunday's already! If you are unsure of the details, no problem. We can still send a contract as long as we know the date, the general locations (we do not go into downtown Chicago), and a three hour window to start with, You can adjust and add on more time if you need to when plans firm up. I'm not a hard saleswoman, but I can't tell you how many times I've gotten the email from couples "Sorry for my delay in getting back to you....we're ready to book now..." but guess what, all the Trolleys are already booked. What are your cancellations terms and rules about government restrictions?
Here are the terms from our contract about Government Restrictions and Cancellations: Should the operations of NT&T be restricted by any governmental mandates or recommendations ("Restrictions") 30 days or less prior to your event date, NT&T will allow a one time transfer of all monies previously paid to NT&T into a credit with NT&T which will be valid for nine (9) months after your original event date. A new contract with the new date will be signed, and payment due dates will be listed, with final payment due one month before your big day. Should Restrictions be in place and you wish to move event date prior to 30 days in advance of your event date, a new Engagement Fee will be required, and all monies paid after the Engagement Fee will be transferred to new event date. Should Restrictions be in place and you choose to cancel your Contract, and not reschedule any future Trolley event within nine (9) month credit window, standard cancellation terms will remain in place. Standard cancellation terms are as follows: Monies paid (excluding the Engagement Fee) will be refunded upon cancellation prior to the event date as follows: at least 120 days or more before event date - 75%, 90-119 days before event date - 50%, 60-89 days before event date - 25%, 59 days or less before event date - no refund.

Our 32 passenger Trolleys are $1,170.00 for three hours (we have a three consecutive hour minimum), plus a travel time/fuel fee if leaving the Naperville area, and driver gratuity. After 3 hours: $175 each additional 30 minute increment or any part thereof, plus 18% driver gratuity. (20% 8:00pm and later) We do not go into the City of Chicago. Suburbs only. An Engagement Fee is the fee that holds your wedding Trolley for you on your Wedding Date. This fee is non-refundable and although it is applied towards your Trolley balance amount, it is not a "deposit".
A check Engagement Fee in the amount of $500 is returned to Naperville Trolley with your signed contract. The Engagement Fee holds the date for you and is credited to your account, is non-refundable and non-transferrable. The balance is spread out, and you are to be "paid in full" by one month before your Happy Wedding Day. After the initial $500 engagement fee check is received, credit card payments can be made (with 5% fee added to any charge). Although you may not know the exact timeline when you initially book, it's still best to book to hold the Trolley for you, and we can adjust the times as the schedule comes together. You can adjust your times up until a week before! We only have a three consecutive hour minimum. Ding! ding!
Of course! No matter what company you select (and we hope it's Naperville Trolley), you should go and look at what you are getting. All Trolleys and Trolley companies are not "apples to apples". Websites and actual vehicle's may be surprising...so find out now what your Trolley looks like, before you are surprised on your actual wedding day! : ) Ding! Ding! (Our Trolleys are located at another location, and an appointment is required to see them, but we are happy to set that up with you!)
A great Attitude of course, and water and non-messy snacks may be placed on board. Bring your USB cord as all stereo's have a USB port, so you can play your music. Make a playlist of your favorite music now, so you can enjoy it then!

95% of "preferred" or "trusted" vendor lists that venue's give you are paid solicitations. Naperville Trolley does not pay to be on any lists as we feel that is not a true definition of "preferred" or "trusted" if you have to pay to be on the list. Yes, you might see Naperville Trolley on some of those lists and those are genuine unpaid additions from the venue. Ask your venue (or whomever gave you the list) if the companies on the list had to pay to be on it, as chances are, they did. Ask your friends who they used for all of their services and if they were happy with the vendors. Look at reviews on The Knot or Wedding Wire, as those reviews can not be altered by the company owner or company management.

It's never too early to book your Happy Wedding Day Trolley. Many times, couples "think about it", and by the time they get back to us, the Trolley is gone. We send many quotes out every day. Don't let this happen to you. Until you are "in the book" and a contract is sent, it's first come, first served. Once a contract is sent, you have 10 days to return your signed contract with engagement fee to our office.
Animals are not permitted on the Trolley, with the exception of Service Dogs.
Quotes are valid for ten days. We can re-quote any event should date or locations change. Once a contract has been requested, you are "in the book".
Travel time fuel fee is based on how far away from Naperville we are traveling. This fee will be included on your quote based on locations you provide. Should you change locations, this fee is subject to change.
