(Naperville Trolley doe NOT go into the City of Chicago for Weddings, nor do we cross state lines for any events.)
Our 30 passenger Trolleys are $1,275.00 for three hours (we have a three consecutive hour minimum), plus a travel fuel fee if leaving the Naperville area, and driver gratuity. After 3 hours: $225 each additional 30 minute increment or any part thereof, plus 18% driver gratuity. (20% 9:00pm and later) We do not go into the City of Chicago. Suburbs only.
Hourly rate at or after 9:00pm is $600 with two hour minimum, plus 20% driver gratuity and travel fuel fee. NT&T will only book late night hours to those that booked their daytime wedding.
An Engagement Fee is the fee that holds your wedding Trolley for you on your Wedding Date. This fee is non-refundable and non-transferrable and although it is applied towards your Trolley balance amount, it is not a "deposit".
A check Engagement Fee in the amount of $500 is returned to Naperville Trolley with your signed contract. The Engagement Fee holds the date for you and is credited to your account, is non-refundable and non-transferrable. The balance is spread out, and you are to be "paid in full" by one month before your Happy Wedding Day. After the initial $500 engagement fee check is received, credit card payments can be made (with 5% processing/handling fee added to any charge). Although you may not know the exact timeline when you initially book, it's still best to book to hold the Trolley for you, and we can adjust the times as the schedule comes together. You can adjust your times up until a week before and we block out from noon to 7:00pm! We only have a three consecutive hour minimum. Ding! ding!
Of course! No matter what company you select (and we hope it's Naperville Trolley), you should go and look at what you are getting. All Trolleys and Trolley companies are not "apples to apples". Websites and actual vehicle's may be surprising...so find out now what your Trolley looks like, before you are surprised on your actual wedding day! : ) Look at reviews on The Knot as The Knot does not allow companies to alter reviews, so see what other couples have to say about the company you choose.

A great Attitude of course, and water and non-messy snacks may be placed on board. Bring your USB cord as all stereo's have a USB port, so you can play your music. Make a playlist of your favorite music now, so you can enjoy it then!

You don't have to FILL the Trolley up with 30 guests. It's best to have some room for your "things".

Most "preferred" or "trusted" vendor lists that venue's give you are paid solicitations. Naperville Trolley does not pay to be on any lists as we feel that is not a true definition of "preferred" or "trusted" if you have to pay to be on the list. Yes, you will see Naperville Trolley on some of those lists and those are genuine unpaid additions from the venue. Ask your venue (or whomever gave you the list) if the companies on the list had to pay to be on it, as chances are, they did. Ask your friends who they used for all of their services and if they were happy with the vendors. Look at reviews on The Knot or Wedding Wire, as those reviews can not be altered by the company owner or company management.
Standard cancellation terms are as follows: Monies paid (excluding the Engagement Fee, which is non-refundable) will be refunded upon cancellation prior to the event date as follows: at least 120 days or more before event date - 75%, 90-119 days before event date - 50%, 60-89 days before event date - 25%, 59 days or less before event date - no refund.
It's never too early to book your Happy Wedding Day Trolley.
Many times, couples "think about it", and by the time they get back to us, all of our Trolleys are booked. We send many quotes out every day. Don't let this happen to you. Until you are "in the book" and a contract is sent, it's first come, first served. Once a contract is sent, you have 10 days to return your signed contract with engagement fee to our office. We block out from noon to 7:00pm on all Saturday's, so even if you're not sure of the timing, you can book your Naperville Trolley on your date, and fill in the details and timing as plans firm up.
Animals are not permitted on the Trolley, with the exception of Service Dogs.
Quotes are valid for ten days. We can re-quote any event should date or locations change. A quote does not hold a Trolley for you until you say "yes" and send us the requested information for the contract to be sent. Once a contract has been requested, and all of the information given to us, you are "in the book".
Travel time fuel fee is based on how far away from Naperville we are traveling. This fee will be included on your quote based on locations you provide. Should you change locations, this fee is subject to change.

Congratulations on your engagement! Naperville Trolley has the most beautiful Trolleys in the suburbs! Don't delay in booking your Naperville Trolley before we are sold out.
Last minute Wedding? Did the company you booked with cancel on you? We may still be able to help! We have booked many weddings just a week or two before the big day. Contact us to check availability. We never oversell our dates, but we often sell out, so don't get stuck without your FUN Naperville Trolley for your Happy Wedding Day transportation!
If you are unsure of the details, no problem. We can still send a contract as long as we know the date, the general locations (we do not go into downtown Chicago), and a three hour window to start with. We block out from noon to 7:00pm for our Wedding Trolleys as we know plans shift as the date gets closer. No problem! You can adjust and add on more time if you need to when plans firm up. I'm not a hard saleswoman, but I can't tell you how many times I've gotten the email from couples "Sorry for my delay in getting back to you....we're ready to book now..." but guess what? All the Trolleys are already booked. Take a look at our "Photo Gallery" tab above to see what each Trolley looks like inside and out. In January and February we WILL book your wedding with you, but we will only book it only a week to ten days before your Wedding Date. Why the delay? Our 29 years of experience has taught us that January and February can be "ok", and can also be 20 below zero. We don't want to disappoint anyone ever, so January and February are booked 7-10 days before your date. If the weather is looking good, we'll do it! Nothing is fun when it's 20 below zero...and we want FUN in our heated Trolleys!!!
