Our 32 passenger Trolleys are $995.00 for three hours (we have a three consecutive hour minimum), plus a travel time/fuel fee if leaving the Naperville area, and driver gratuity. After 3 hours: $150 each additional 30 minute increment or any part thereof, plus driver gratuity. We do not go into the City of Chicago as they require a body guard, camera's, and misc permits. It's never too early to book your Happy Wedding Day Trolley. Many times, couples "think about it", and by the time they get back to us, the Trolley is gone. We send many quotes out every day. Don't let this happen to you. Until you are "in the book" and a contract is sent, it's first come, first served. Once a contract is sent, you have 10 days to return your signed contract and deposit to our office.
A check engagement fee in the amount of $500 (that is applied to your balance) is returned to Naperville Trolley with your signed contract. The balance is spread out, and you are to be "paid in full" by one month before your Happy Wedding Day. After the initial $500 engagement fee check is received, we can set you up for credit card payment for your balance (however we still prefer checks). Although you may not know the exact timeline when you initially book, it's still best to book to hold the Trolley for you, and we can adjust the times as the schedule comes together. You can adjust your times up until a week before! We only have a three consecutive hour minimum. Ding! ding!
Of course! No matter what company you select (and we hope it's Naperville Trolley), you should go and look at what you are getting. All Trolleys and Trolley companies are not "apples to apples". Websites and actual vehicle's may be surprising...so find out now what your Trolley looks like, before you are surprised on your actual wedding day! : ) Ding! Ding! (Our Trolleys are located at another location, and an appointment is required to see them, but we are happy to set that up with you!)
You may bring a real cooler (no styrofoam or "bag" coolers allowed...your cooler will be left with you at the final drop off/reception.) Lite snacks are also a great idea. Pretzels are great. Meat/cheese only mini-sandwiches (no toppings/oil/etc). No cheeto's, no chocolate, nothing sticky. Imagine whatever you bring falls or spills on your dress. Keep it simple. Bring your USB cord as all stereo's have a USB port, so you can play your music. Make a playlist of your favorite music now, so you can enjoy it then!
