2020 Private December Holiday Light Tour Reservations

Hello Trolley Friends!  

Dates Holiday Light Tours are offered:  November 27, 2020 - December 27, 2020 (Closed on 12/25/2020)

Public Tour reservations go LIVE on October 1, 2020. This is where you purchase one to 20 spaces on a public tour & public tours meet at a specific location.

Private Tour reservations: Times offered:  5:00pm to 6:00pm, 6:30pm to 7:30pm, 8:00pm to 9:00pm, and 9:30pm to 10:30pm.  (Yes, it's dark by 4:30pm in December)

Pick up locations:  Any Naperville Address.  We do not travel outside of Naperville during the month of December.  If pick up address is north of 75h street, a northern tour will be given.  If pick up address is south of 75th street, a southern tour will be given.  If you live on the south side, and want a northern tour, you must have a northern pick up address.  If you live on the north side, and want a southern tour, you must have a southern pick up address.  

Pricing for one hour tours:  All Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sundays = $400.00, as well as all dates after 12/13/2020.

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday before 12/13/2020: $350.00

15% Driver gratuity is added to all individual private bookings of one or more Trolleys or times reserved. Balance is due one month before your tour date.

Covid 19

Our 2019 and our 2020 contracts state, “The engagement fee amount listed above is non-refundable and is due with the signed contract.” I note the 2019 year to show you that this provision existed prior to Covid 19. NT&T does not refund engagement fee’s, but will offer the following for October (Halloween tours), November & December of 2020:

For October, November & December of 2020 bookings, should the operations of NT&T be restricted by any governmental mandates or recommendations (“Restrictions”) on your event date, NT&T will convert your engagement fee into a credit which will be valid for 9 months after your event date. Any monies paid after the initial engagement fee would be fully refunded to you, should the Restrictions exist on your event date. If you contact NT&T to cancel your tour for any reason other than Restrictions, no refunds or credits of either type will be issued.

All of our Trolleys hold up to 30 passengers.  No more than 30 may board, and every heart beat from one day old to 99 years young = 1.

If all adults, we suggest 28 so you have a little "room", but up to you.  30 has two on each bench, with no one in the front jump seat.  There are absolutely no exceptions in this maximum number allowed on board and the fact that each heart beat = one in the count, no matter how young. 

Signed contracts and Engagement fee checks are due 10 days after your contract is emailed to you.  Balance is then due one month before your tour date. 15% driver gratuity added to all tours the contract.

(PUBLIC individual tour reservations will go live on 10/01/2020 and are $25.00 per person, all ages.)

WAIT LISTS:  Yes, you can request to be on a wait list for a date, but getting that date will be rare as people do not usually cancel their tours. 

Wait list info:  Your name, date, tour time, email, cell.  We will only contact you IF an opening comes up.  You don't need to "check back" as we will contact you if something opens up.

Booking via email order is done to keep things fair for all, and allow ALL to have the chance of getting the "hot" dates and times.  Thank you for your understanding.
